Cancellation & Refund Policy

When signing up for EM365, you may cancel your account at any time, your account will be closed and you will not continue to have access to the material, but any refund is subject to your payment plan, see below:

A. Monthly Subscription - If you are paying monthly and you wish to cancel your subscription to Ellel 365, you are free to do so at anytime and you are under no further obligation to Ellel 365. We are not able handle refunds on past or part months for the service you have already received.

B. Annual Subscription - If you have paid for a whole year of Ellel 365 in advance and would like to cancel your subscription you are free to do so at any time. However, if you would like a refund on the remaining months, please contact us at em365@ellelministries.org. Each request for a refund will be assessed individually.

Cancelling your account with Ellel 365 will also cancel your PayPal billing agreement with Ellel 365 if you have set this up. There are no fees if you decide to cancel your account.

Offline Payments. If you used other methods of payment for your Ellel 365 subscription and you wish to cancel your subscription, your request for a refund will be assessed on an individual basis. An administration fee may be applied.
